Refund and Returns Policy
At MaishaMart, we aim to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- You received a wrong product
- The product is damaged or defective
- The product is incomplete (missing items)
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Return Time Frame
- Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product
- After 3 days, return requests will not be accepted
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used cosmetics or skincare products
- Opened or unsealed items
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or wrong product delivered)
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 3–7 working days
- Refund will be sent via the same payment method (or as agreed alternative)
- Delivery charges are non-refundable (unless our mistake)
5. Exchange Policy
If you prefer, you can request an exchange instead of a refund:
- Exchange is subject to stock availability
- Only applicable for wrong or damaged products

- Product details
- Reason for return
- Clear photo/video (if damaged or wrong item)

7. Important Notes
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
